WHAT WE DO
Modeling the bottle
Making molds for blowing plastic
Based on the client's specifications, we are modeling a bottles of various purposes.
Our team, besides the design process, performs a complete model analysis.
Based on the specifications of the preform from which the bottle is made, we also perform calculations and determination of the level of filling (Fill level).
Based on the model of the bottle, we design and manufacture all types of molds for blowing plastic and PET packaging.
We have experience with mold models for bottles of various capacities and purposes.
In addition to designing and modeling, we pay special attention to providing adequate mold cooling, which our experts are concerned about.
Production of format parts and transport systems
Machining of metals and plastics
We produce format parts and systems for the transport of bottles during the filling, labeling and bottling process.
We also construct and manufacture other transport systems for industrial production as well as accompanying electronic management systems.
We machine metal and plastic for custom parts and assemblies according to the needs of the client
